I've had a good week. I've not made a lot of progress on my book, but my schedule I've kept in working on it on Mon, Tues and Wed's has been a great blessing. Just trying to zone out everything in mind except that one thing...huge. I've been opting to do a bit of double work on both the book and the piece I'm writing for entry into a competition, I like what I wrote for it, it is overall kind of funny, I think most people would laugh at it. The joke doesn't really show up until the end, so the beginning as a measure of suspense. My wife thought it was rather clever. So that is encouraging.
The book has not picked up much steam. I reached a point in the original draft which was the end. I was lost on where to go from here...I need to do something to help me out...maybe more relaxing? I don't know we'll see.
Well I just want to comment that I've been watching a lot of the show Smallville...its a show I've been a fan of for a long time, really since it came out. Now in its final season, I want to say, it is just great...I know that has nothing to do with this, but I like the show much, I needed to comment just a bit.
Wow I can tell i haven't posted in a minute...I want to close with a big fat thank you to anyone who voted out a democrat. I think our federal government needed more balance, and I won't say much more then that...so thanks if you've got a brain, and did the right thing.
