Okay so last night I was working on my book...and I reached a point where I needed to add some serious content. I just kept going around and around in my head where the ending of this point was but I couldn't get it started. The problem was I had too many choices, it wasn't a simple A and B selection, it was more like A-M. I would try one way then write myself into meaningless drab of boredom. I try hard not to add boring material just for the sake having length. Last night I felt like I was doing just that.
So after trying several different angles I gave my mind some rest. I hope that the rest I gave myself will do something to help the mind's eye paint a word picture that future readers will enjoy. Maybe tonight I can really whip the angle I was going for into shape.
